To register and request scholarship: 

When a family signs up, they’ll complete the “camper information form” (along with some other forms) for each camper. On that camper information form is a yes/no question for scholarship requests. If they select “yes”, it’ll prompt them to enter the name of their congregation/parish. Then we know who to follow up with. Typically, we ask families to cover the deposit amount. If that’s not possible, please do instruct them to select “pay by check” at the payment screen, so they can complete checkout and secure their camper’s spot without making a payment. We will never turn someone away because they can’t pay.
